H2o Dryout cleans and seals ceramic and natural stone tiles. On this floor, the grout is a dark color. (see image at right) Notice the difference in brightness before and after we cleaned the tile. This tile floor was only one year old. Did you know that most builders, after having a new tile floor installed, do not have the floor sealed? More times than not, a professional tile and grout cleaner is not used to remove the residue left by the installer. This is one example of why your tile can look darker than it actually is.

Depending on the type of floor, we use Acids and highAlkaline cleaners. Our machine puts out 1000 PSI to get deep into the pours and crevices of the tile and grout lines, while extracting the dirty water at the same time.
